Welcome to the Chapman Racing Website

Welcome to the 2006 racing season of Collin Chapman, the driver of the Chapman Racing/Taco Shack/PPT Racing Engines champ go kart.  This season we will be racing at tracks thru-out the North Texas region in the SKRA (Southern Kart Racers Association) racing series. This series is a traveling series consisting of 10 regional races at 5 different tracks, with the remaining points coming for local events held at our home track, J & S Raceway in Lorena Texas

We will be running in what is the Animal Class ( Super Stock) and the competition is really tough and the drivers are very good, so it will be a challenge to win that championship but we are going to race hard and clean and see how we do.

A little about Collin....

Collin is 13 years old from Leander, TX. Collin attends Leander Middle School where he is Top Tiger and a leader on his athletic teams.

2006 will be his second year of racing. 2005 was a very exciting year, as he won 18 heat races, 8 features, 1 Box Stock Shootout, and finished 5th in points. In 2006 we will be moving up to the Animal engine class, which is one of the most competitive divisions in Kart racing.
